On January 10th 2022, We made a call to this company on recovery & towing my 2017 peterbilt 579 & trailer from Gypsum co to Grand Junction co peterbilt dealership for fuel injector pump replacement. This after having a road service 'fixing it' twice with no results within hours & sitting in sub zero temperatures for a few days. This company within the spoken arrival time (arrived alot earlier) and pre-announced cost (no surprises) completed the mission professionally and with a professional recovery operator whom was a joy to converse with on our multi-hour ride to the repair facility. He performed duties flawlessly and careful attention to detail and offered stops for food etc. Of ALL my past experiences of 25 years in this industry , East & West Towing is FAR above all others ever used. Whether it's safeguarding equipment hauled or the people's safety, security and personal needs, they are the golden standard you can rely & trust in getting it done. Very reasonable pricing for whatever needs incurred, the golden glove service they provide, i proclaim to all ,, of any circumstance to call this company FIRST, save some time, stress & worries as they help you pre-plan the event up front. He even drove me to my hotel, bought dinner on the way, though i offered to buy his,... (pausing to word correctly).... I was simply flabbergasted on his personality, humanity, humor , too many things to list. After 5 days of hellish weather & survival on the rocky mountain snow zones & wasted expenses on failed repairs, calling East & West Towing first will be my 'hindsight 20/20' for years to come. I was one of those dumb locals that decided to try and make the drive from Kremmling to Walden just before a major snow storm hit. Just 8 miles out on highway 14 my car hit a spot of black ice and off it went into the ditch full of a few feet of snow. As soon as I made it to Walden I called East and West and Leslie was incredibly helpful, scheduling a time the next day for one of the drivers to go out and winch my car out for only $250. Unfortunately due to weather and road closures, they weren't able to get a driver out until the day after, and even then because of the storm it required a little bit more than a simple winch out, but all throughout the process Leslie was communicating to me everything the drivers were saying and doing. Once my car had been rescued, I still couldn't make it back to Kremmling due to all roads still being closed, so they were kind enough to hold it in their lot until I could get it the day after. And after all this delay, and change in original towing plans? They still only charged me the quoted $250 for the winch out. I'm forever grateful for their help, every single one of them is fantastic. If you're in the area and find yourself in need of some kind of roadside assistance, go with these guys, they're pros who know what they're doing and don't charge you and arm and a leg for it. I'm proud to say that my place of employment has a sign of theirs up, and I can recommend them to any traveler that passes through that needs help. East and West will have my business, and my guests' business for as long as I live on the west side of...

I can't say enough good things about East and West Towing. My transmission went out a little past Kremmling at 9pm on a cold Tuesday night while I was on my way to Steamboat and they were there with good humor to haul me, my dead car, and my unhappy cat back to Kremmling. I live in Denver, and I spent over a week trying to sell my car to a junk shop while it was waiting in the East and West's tow lot. The pickup kept hitting snags and getting delayed and these guys were so great through it all. Finally, the guy who picked up my car did it without notifying me or the tow lot first and accidentally issued the check to East and West, and not only did they facilitate the pickup without warning, they shredded the check and we got everything figured out. Everyone I interacted with, from the first interaction to the last, was extremely helpful, friendly, and trustworthy. I am so grateful to have had a great company helping me through such a stressful time. No one ever wants to need a tow, but if you do, don't hesitate to call these guys... They'll take care of you.
