Middle Park Meat Co — Local services in Kremmling

My wife and I had been eyeing this place for yrs. decided to stop in and visit bought a few pork chops talked to a gentleman that explained to us there use of local beef raised by ranchers in the area. So we asked him how often they would have a fresh beef tenderloin. He said often just call to make sure he had before we came. I called this morning explained the lady that answered the phone what I wanted and told her about our earlier visit. So my wife drive there and picked it up. Her not realizing what they gave her til she got home and I looked at it. It was a sealed piece of meat with a commercial sticker on it from Sysco foods. That’s not what he told me. Sysco ain’t buying there meat from those local ranchers. I immediately called them back and she informed me they don’t process any meat there they buy it from Sysco. This...

I've only shopped here once and will definitely revise this to a 5 star review once I've visited a few more times and have sampled more of their wares.

I stopped in last Saturday and grabbed a couple of strip steaks that were objectively the best steaks I've eaten in my life. Incredible flavor, impeccably trimmed and fairly priced for the quality.

Stopped in this fabulous market on my way home. This was my second time. This time was better than the last. Not only do they have high quality meats but they have premade items as well. We purchased their green chilli and mashed potatoes. Best green chilli I’ve ever had and paired with the mashed potatoes makes for delicious comfort food after a rainy Memorial Day weekend.
