Los Amigos Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Kremmling

We have enjoyed this restaurant for many years. Unfortunately after tonight and our previous visit it will be awhile before we return. The staff needs a lot more training. We waited to be seated for quite some time ( not busy) and were not acknowledged. A young girl took our order and wrote it down then proceeded to bring us the wrong order. She took it back and brought out my husbands. After a few minutes she came and asked what I ordered. Told her again. I waited again. She never came to tell me what was going on or apologize. Finally another waitress came and asked if I had ordered. I told her my order for the 3rd time. By the time I got my food my husband was almost done. Speaking of his food, the beef tacos had no seasoning and the tortillas were cold so his meat was cold. My #10 combo was ok but saying it came with sour cream was a joke. It might have had a small teaspoon. The waitress never checked on us, refilled water or brought our check. We had to signal another waitress while ours was too busy cleaning off plates. The head waitress was busy tending to her kid. Guess the restaurant is now a day care too. Our original waitress did ring us out but then forgot to give us our credit card. Luckily we caught it before we got out the door. They had awful music on loud too. Mexican hip hop??? Another guy came in later and had to wait awhile before they...

This is going to be a strange review for you guys. Tonight my family stopped in for dinner after a quick Xmas shopping trip to Summit County. We usually try to support this restaurant as the food is amazing and the staff is super friendly. While our food was being brought out Jose accidentally spilled my taco off the plate and into my lap. Jose was super apologetic, but to me this was no big deal. Things happen. When it came time for us to pay they waived the entire meal charge. Seriously, I am sorry my wife sort of caused a bit of a scene by insisting we pay! We own both Bighorn Bagels shops in Granby and Grand Lake, we know things sometimes go wrong, it can't be helped. Like I said to Jose, "if that had to happen I am glad it happened to me because I am the most understanding" due to owning restaurants myself! It was a nice gesture for you guys not to charge us. I apologize for not having more than $25 cash between my wife and I for the tip. You guys do a great job and we will be back. Merry Christmas you guys, we appreciate you and your amazing food....

56.00 for lunch ..we asked no tomatoes got tomatoes anyway.. food was terrible got a margarita it was pretty good the taco salad was sitting in about a half of inch of what look like water with a little bit of orange grease on it it made the whole bottom of theo salad soft but we couldn't eat it anyway we are from Dallas and of course we'll never come here again it's the worst food ever and I am a Google Guide... I wouldn't even put one star but I had to to be able to write a comment we didn't have that kind of money to spend for something like this for lunch $56 we could have went somewhere and had a steak. So disappointed just sit down not even hungry anymore and left all that just don't go really I just can't say enough about how awful this was and I can be looked up as a guide and I always find something nice to say...
