Employees are not treated fairly. employees are treated like numbers and disposable. Safety is not a top priority. And when there’s ethics violation. They’re more worried about packages and how much they can get out than the employees. Idk maybe it’s just this facility. And if you report anything some how they know about then investigate (which they are no supposed to know what) before hand to try to keep themselves from getting into trouble. Human Resources will not help you if you have a questions or concerns regarding the treatment of employees in this facility. They will tell you it’s out of their hands to call the ethics hotline for them to do an investigation, but if anybody from the ethics hotline call and ask questions human resource does not keep that confidential and will tell management the people that are getting reported about it and hold it against you and make your job even more harder than what it already is. Our warehouse has been on the route for over a year and we've not had problems. Now all of a sudden the items are on the truck and in the way, then undeliverable. We've had packages come from places experiencing major weather episodes where a delay would be completely understandable, yet they arrive on time or early. The Kyle warehouse could be told to send a package next door but would somehow mess up and send it to Tennessee. At least they're consistent, I'll give them that... consistently awful.
