PROS: aesthetically pleasing decor/apts Very spacious apartments Good amentity options Nice maintenance staff & very prompt.

CONS: pretty much everything else. 1.There’s dog poop EVERYWHERE it’s so bad that the entire complex just reaks of poop, it’s the first thing you smell when you enter the complex and when you open your front door. If you have pets and need to take them out you’re better off going outside the gate otherwise it’s like “the floor is lava” & you have to hop around to avoid stepping in any poop cus then you’ll need to clean your shoes and if the dogs step in it now you have to clean them, so walking your dogs in the complex is stressful at this point.

The theft is pretty bad as well from car break ins, packages, door decor, and things left on your lawn if you have one.

The tenants speed through the parking lot like it’s a race track some even blast music while speeding through as if they’re pulling up to a night club it’s ridiculous.

Children under 12 left unattended running around and screaming, drawing on cars etc.

Tenants have no respect for shared amentities. things are always broken and need replacing or they make it super dirty then maintenance just has to do all the upkeep to everything.

& beware that cricket season is awful here the crickets are in the walls, dropping from the ceiling fans, vents, coming from under cabinets, laying eggs everywhere so every year around that time will be a disaster. I even asked ppl in the area about their experience during the season to see if it was actually as bad as it was here and everyone said “there were some here & there but not as bad as you described” so that’s that.

There’s also an app we use and we’re able to interact through a community board which is decent but only if they approve your comment. A lot of times they won’t if they feel like you’re insulting the complex in any way bcus you already can’t use any profanity so whatever you’re saying isn’t even that bad so I know it’s being blocked for the reason I stated.

I just know if you have high standards & you’re a clean person this isn’t the best place for you, it certainly isn’t for me. Had a car stolen here, another car broken into, and a yeti cooler stolen from my yard here all within one year. When I asked what they were planning on doing to help with the theft (multiple other people had vehicles stolen and broken into while I lived there) they (the assistant manager) suggested I break my lease and move, and then she blocked me on social media??? Lol

One of my friends that lived there on the 3rd floor of building 6 didn’t have a working dryer for over 8 months…. Such a joke.

Cricket season is AWFUL here.. I mean literally crickets falling from my ceiling daily..

The children that live here are insane. Their parents let them run around unattended daily and they’re all so horribly behaved. I called the cops once because a young boy probably 10 years old was PUNCHING HIS GRANDMA IN THE FACE and took an umbrella and began to beat her with it?!?! The cops literally thanked me for calling and said she was already starting to bruise horribly. They run around cussing and screaming and drawing on cars all the time. It’s unreal.

Also, the amount of dog poop is truly ungodly. I can’t even begin to describe to you how horrible this place smells. I used to run outside every day and it literally got so bad I had to get a gym membership. (I would have used the gym there but there is always a treadmill or something not working)

The maintenance people there are truly the only people there worth a da*n. So glad I broke my lease and got out of there before something else was stolen. Worth every cent to...

I've loved living at the Chloe. My favorite part is how clean and new my actual apartment is...The space is so perfect for us. I love the white cabinetry, the sleek modern aesthetic, all the closet space, and my patio/view of the community. The office staff are always bubbly, friendly, and willing to help. They throw cute get-togethers/events every now and then. The community amenities are very cute, and I love the entire vibe. The maintenance team responds VERY quickly every time and are really nice they always wave and say hello when out and about in the community. They get there early every day and work so hard. There have been a lot of crickets in Kyle due to all the new buildings going up and it all used to be farms, but the office staff adds you to the exterminator list very quickly and do what they can to help. Sometimes after the weekend the pool can need a little cleaning, occasionally there's a resident that doesn't pick up after themself or their dog, or maybe a resident with stinky/leaky valet trash that leaves a mess, but truly my complaints are SO minimal, because I LOVE this place. Everything has been fantastic!! This is a wonderful place to live, very family friendly. My girl and I loveeee the playground.
