âââââ 8/ 7 /2025 My wife and I stopped by the Chick-fil-A at Kyle Crossing, and from the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The employees here are some of the friendliest weâve ever metâevery interaction was warm, genuine, and made us feel welcome. The âFriends and Neighborsâ message on the wall and fun âTha Cowz Welcome Youâ touches around the restaurant really add to the inviting atmosphere. Itâs clear this location takes pride in creating a positive environment for its customers.
The restaurant itself was spotlessâfloors, tables, and even the windows looked freshly cleaned. It was also quiet and comfortable, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our meal without feeling rushed. Our food was absolutely delicious: I ordered the Cobb Salad with crispy chicken, and my wife had the grilled nuggets with a kale crunch salad, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The portion sizes were generous, and the ingredients were clearly high quality.
I also want to mention how great the management is here. When I realized I hadnât been given my receipt, I asked about it, and the manager personally took care of it right away with a smile and genuine politeness. That kind of attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out to me. The person who brought our food to the table was also extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed.
This location has consistently metâand often exceededâour expectations every time weâve come. Itâs obvious the team here works hard to deliver not just good food, but an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. For that reason, I have no problem giving them five stars. Thank you to everyone at the Kyle Crossing Chick-fil-A for the wonderful service, great food, and for making us feel like valued guests every time we visit. Weâll...
Read moreI am a fan of Chick-fil-A in general, and while Iâve never had a particular problem with the service or experience at this location, on the rare occasions I visit in the afternoon or evening, Iâve noticed it often seems less clean than other locations, despite not being particularly busy. I admit this could simply be due to the timing of my visits, but itâs occurred numerous times.
Today, when I came in around 1:45 pm, there was a poodle eating at one of the tablesâand by âat,â I mean sitting on a seat and eating directly off the table. First, this is a clear violation of food safety regulations. Second, the dog was clearly not a service animal, and its owners didnât even attempt to present it as one. I understand employees might prefer to avoid confrontation or causing a scene, but I would have thought bussing and sanitizing this table immediately after the customers left would have been a priority, especially since asking the customers to sit outside with their pet apparently wasnât. Instead, the table remained uncleaned the entire time. About 30-35ish minutes that...
Read moreEvery time I walk into the Chick-fil-A here in Kyle, Iâm reminded why this place is set apart. The staff is genuinely wonderful kind, patient, and full of joy in the little details. You can feel that their service comes from a place of faith, and trust me, it makes all the difference.
In a world where fast food can feel rushed and impersonal, Chick-fil-A somehow turns a meal into an experience that uplifts you. Even their missionââTo glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to usâ isnât just words on a sign, itâs something they live out.
I honestly donât mind spending thousands, trillions, maybe even millions of dollars here (donât tell my budget đ ) because every dollar feels worth it. Great food, even better people, and a place where faith and excellence go hand in hand.
This is why I love Chick-fil-A itâs not just chicken, itâs comfort, community, and care all...
