7 days and 5 business days. No contact from the store despite my request. HEB do better. Issues last week, Ray mumbling some where in the store, and still No call from HEB Store. #KyleHEBSUCKs Avoid in 2024 : well yesterday went to heb. The meat department apparently has no clue what is on sale. After watching the meat department staff talk to his friends for 10 mins i asked about a sale in the weekly flyer. The guy couldn't figure out the digital ad I showed him. Kept say must be another store. I had asked him if they had any more fresh center shank cuts. And they "didn't". Today ordered desired shanks curbside, was happy it was in stock again...... but no pre packaged was what the had not as was pictured. Told curbside no thanks.... 20 mins later and two partners later. A package was given to me. Curbside said the meat department made it for them. Enter my confusion wait the meat department does special things for curbside wow. What about us regular in store shoppers. So about 1.5 hours of shopping for 10 items I was upset. Then enters my goal of finding out were they really out the day before? So I called. Got the meat department Manger gone so said fine can I talk to a lead... had to wait as that guy didn't know how to transfer..... so 6 people later I get Ray. Ray the manager in charge doesn't seem to know how to answer two basic questions. "Hey are you any way over the meat department?" He indicates he's not but headed overther. I ask if he's the manager in charge? To which he says he's one of them... and he's headed over to the market. Enter the Ray circle of saying he doesn't understand and I'm asking for the meat department (which I didn't as I already knew that person was not there) he then indicated he was confused like 6 times and I would repeat to would say yes. But no and I don't what's going on... I'm still waiting for an opportunity to get to the situation but Ray says he's has no idea what I want and I won't ask him a question. I'm still just wondering how the heck are the two questions I have asked confused him. I know. This is long. But here's the thing I just wanted to voice a concern but he's to busy being confused I'm now lost too. So I ask if he's even able to help as he's still saying he's headed to the meat department. I told him I don't need that. So I ask to transfer to the front of the store since Ray is probably still mumbling to him self in a isle of the store. I get Jacob 2 people later. And I explained the situation with Ray and that I would like to talk to his boss. Jacob listened. So some how my trips turned into wait what?
So between being told to pee in a parking lot and Ray. I'm done no more chance heb kyle you suck big one.
Update: This HEB continues to not accommodate people. We had to choose to pee in the parking lot or get our groceries. This time, it was with Curbside. We waited 30 mins in line and had to leave due to the lack of bathrooms and speed on a system with dedicated time pick up. When I asked for a solution from Paul, he had nothing to offer.
Zero stars for accommodating people with medical conditions. Hour wait to get in store and no access to bathrooms. My husband who is on multiple medications two being lasix had to pee in the parking lot. Then we were accused of cutting when we got to the door. Not impressed. Yes not all people who need extra considerations...
Read moreI have a love/hate relationship with HEB. Based on my most recent experience, I am NOT pleased. I attempted to use digital coupons, yet ANOTHER avenue to have to keep track of as you are shopping. I found it to be a good way to have no idea what is actually going on at the checkout. As I am wrestling with my three young children, I am trying to make sure my carefully selected produce is not being volleyed down the belt and bagged together with raw meat....When I get home, I put my groceries away and then review my receipt to see if I could possibly verify which of my coupons had actually worked. I had selected 6 lunchables and 3 packages of hot dogs to go with 3 coupons, each of which had stated, "buy 2 lunchables, get 1 package of hot dogs for FREE!" After taking the receipt to customer service, I ran across the store with my young children and retrieved the coupon. Evidently there is a number in the corner of the coupon that read 150, meaning the cashier will take up to $1.50 off if the coupon will not scan, not informing the customer. They tried to convince me I was getting a good deal by getting $1.50 off each of the $4 hot dog packages. They argued with me about the "good deal" I had gotten. As generous as you are trying to look, I have a feeling if you were truly generous, you would not try to hide the fact from the customer. $1.50 off is much different than FREE. It is dishonest. I would have picked different hot dogs, if I knew they were not free. Also, the lowest priced "qualifying" hot dogs, when fully stocked, were still $2.98...I guess I see the game they like to play now...They all but said "Eff you," and would help...

11/04/24 Who sat on the Bolillos? Why would HEB offer smushed bread for sale? And the trash; do they charge extra for the trash?
10/30/24 Another empty shelf day at HEB. The Produce Department is as bad as the Dairy Department.
10/16/24
The Dairy Manager must be on vacation. Again! You would think the GM would take a walk through the store and notice that the shelves are empty. Again! No 1/2 gallon Whole milk. Q) What kind of manager allows this to happen? A) An incompetent manager.
10/07/24
The Dairy manager’s incompetence knows no bounds.
10/04/24 The employees have a nickname for Manager Gabby (The Glacier) and I know why.
9/29/24 Today they ran out of 1/2 gallon whole milk. When I settled for Fat Free, the only option available, I purchased 1 which left the remaining inventory at 3. Q) What kind of manager allows his store to run out of milk? A) An incompetent manager.
Thanks Cory. For nothing.
This store is poorly managed. I’m guessing the General Manager has been on vacation for over a month. It’s time for an Area Manager to step in.
GREAT to know that you want to talk to me. Management certainly wasn’t interested in a one on one conversation. I can’t imagine what else you might need for me to tell you. The pictures speak a thousand words. Instead of me reaching out to you, why don’t you take a walk through the store. Anytime. Day or night. Something I’ll bet the General Manager and Area Manager hasn’t done in a long long time. Below you will find more photos from today’s...
