I am a regular customer at the Kyle marketplace. I usually have no problem picking up my to go order using the Starbucks app. When I went in to Starbucks to pick up my order on Friday morning February 8 2019. My drink was sitting there but my three other items were not. I asked a very nice gentleman if there was an order for Susan and he said there was not an and order for three breakfast sandwiches for Susan just the drink. I asked the gentleman if it was sitting over by the two pick up area and he said no. So I’m assuming somebody picked up my order instead of theirs. The gentleman who helped me was very polite and put the money back on my Starbucks rewards card and gave me my drink for free. I’ve never had this problem with this Starbucks before but I have been hearing stories from other Starbucks is that people are walking in and picking up to go orders that are not even there when they didn’t even order from the app. I’m just suggesting that Starbucks needs to update their app where people can put their last name on their order and they go into the store and they ask for their order because I was very upset that I didn’t get my breakfast sandwiches. Every time we visit the Starbucks in Kyle, Texas, it’s a great experience—and today was no exception. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome by an employee, and the service was excellent from start to finish.
One thing I really appreciated was how the staff communicated with everyone. One of the machines was down, but they were upfront about it, let us know there might be a slight delay, and even mentioned that someone was already working on fixing it. That kind of honesty and transparency goes a long way—things happen, and they handled it perfectly.
We ordered a Venti Cinnamon Dolce Latte and a Grande Iced Latte, and as always, they made them just right. This location consistently gets our drinks spot on, and that’s why we keep coming back.
The personal touches on the cups, like little drawings or kind words, always bring a smile to our faces. It’s those small things that show the care behind the counter.
And one more thing I truly love: this store makes it clear that everyone is welcome. The inclusive environment and friendly energy make it feel like more than just a coffee run—it feels like community.

Read moreOk so this morning my wife and i went in to starbucks. We waited in line for 5 min but no issue with that they where super busy. Once it was my turn to order im no coffee enthusiast and really don't have any business ordering with the big boys but it was for my wife lol. I ordered the Pink drink for my wife and an Iced Caramel Macchiato for me and the manager acted like she didnt know what in the hell i was talking about. The bad part was she was unfortunately the manager. I then aske what type of scoans they had and she had no idea what they had available... Arent you the manager and cant u read the little white cards that are on the back of the plates. I aske for 3 vanilla bean mini scoans and she askes if i want the last three that she has in the cardboard box they get from there vendor. In my opinion that is kind of unprofessional but i also asked for a strawberry scoan that they had in the glass case. Long story short for her being the manager she was rude, unfriendly and would not even break a 100 dollar bill after i spent almost 18 dollars on two drinks and 4 scoans.
