Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Austin - Kyle — Hotel in Kyle

This hotel just opened a few days ago so there are still some things that are still in process of being all the way set up. The staff was very kind and helpful. For now id recommend for customers to also be patient or go elsewhere. For example there were no utensils, cup, pots/pans in our room which wasnt a big deal, we went to the front desk and they gave us forks, and had anything else we would have needed. Breakfast isn't set up just yet in the right area but again we went to the front desk and they gave me enough for my family. As I said the place is new, so it was very clean, great shower, you could close the blinds to block out the morning sun to sleep in. I wasnt a fan of the dry towels as they left a lot of lint, but again not a big deal. Beds were firm, and had like 5 really soft pillows. We could make room very cold to our liking. For the price, cleanliness, location it was well worth the price. Walmart, hobby lobby, academy walking distance. Plenty of restaurants around as well. I will say at one point it sounded like we got some loud neighbors but that didnt last long, but curious if thin walls will be a concern in the future. But...

I stay here for a month. If not because of my work location too far, i will stay here forever. Great room. Clean. Good hospitality. Great service. The best location. Closed to everything you need.
