I bring my little sisters to Mambo Freeze all the time, we love the flavors, the amount of syrup, and the prices!! However, recently they’ve been messing up our orders every single time we’ve gone. I tip every time regardless and try to be as understanding as possible given that I also work in the service industry, during busy times or super complicated orders, I understand a couple mistakes. Today, though, we were the only people in line - I order a large tigers blood mangonada without chamoy and two medium rainbows with ice cream. My mangonada was not tigers blood and came covered in chamoy, both of my sisters rainbows came without ice cream. I’m not sure if it was an error on the part of the girl taking our order not properly relaying the order, or on the girl making our order. We will be back, but next time I think I’ll have them repeat the order back...

The prices are very reasonable too and they do accept plastic which is pretty much expected everywhere. There is also a picnic table to enjoy the sno-cones, but I prefer to eat inside the H-E-B.
