Walgreens — Local services in Kyle

This particular location is pretty awesome. Everybody is super friendly there and they actually remember everybody’s names which is really crazy. LOL! They also are very good at de-escalating customers who get angry. I’ve seen a few homeless patients and they were some kind of issue, and they were able to talk them down, and finally leave with a smile instead of being angry and leaving angry. Anna is amazing. She helps keep all your meds in check. She’s the main pharmacist and make sure for people like me that certain generics are given. I have a very sensitive system and I take more than 20 medication’s. They have a list of the ones I can and cannot take as far as generic drug goes there on top of it. The only thing with them I’ve experienced that’s negative and it’s happened a few times where I went to pick up medication and they forgot to give me one of them so I would have to go back the next day. Just left Walgreens Plum Creek and would like to post a review. This store’s manager,cashiers and pharmacy employees are so friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and clean. I leave there with a smile every time. We ran into our favorite cashier while he was trying to eat lunch at Costco a few days ago and my husband told him how much we appreciate him.
