I currently have a broken washer and the manager refused to make it right. I was not offered a loaner until my washer was fixed, I asked for one and his words were “you’re not getting another washer”. I’ve had to go to the laundry mat twice. I also asked for a credit for the days my washer was unusable since they wouldn’t let me have a loaner and he also said he was not giving me any credit. I asked them to come get the things I was renting and refund the rest of the month. He also said that was not happening. He said the maintenance man did not let him know that the washer was broken. The maintenance man called to inform someone at that store that our washer was broken before he left our house. The corporate maintenance man also let me know the washer was improperly installed and the reason it took so long to do a load of laundry was because the men who installed it didn’t have the water turned all the way on. The manager said it wasn’t his fault that he did not know. He is the one that took my initial complaint. I quote him “I didn’t ask for any attitude”. But I do believe I pay every month for a working washer, I didn’t ask for a broken washer.
