Disappointed. I ordered online at the La Habra store on 12/08/20 to avoid the crowds and to save some time. I picked up my order and brought it straight home. I should have verified the order was complete before I left. One item was missing from my order so I immediately called the shop. I spoke to the manager to let her know that an item was missing. She remembered me since I had been then only 10 minutes before then insinuated that I was just trying to get a free item because, as she stated, "my inventory shows I should have 18 items in stock and that's what I have here." When I persisted that the item was not in my car, my bag, etc. then she sarcastically stated that she " would hold an item for me 'just this one time'.", but her tone sounded like she was suspicious and irritated. I don't know if another order ended up with my item or there was some other reason it was missing but I have NEVER been accused of trying to get something for nothing nor have I ever attempted to get something for nothing. I realize she doesn't know me, but to automatically jump to an accusation of my character was disappointing and totally out of line. I won't be patronizing this...
Read moreVery frustrated. Went to the La Habra location about at 3:10 today. There is a note located at the front of the store telling clients to call to place an order. A sales person came out and confirmed I had to call to place an order with them for pick-up (no contact - I get it). I went out to my car and called the first number - busy. Called the second number with a recording stating they were busy. Left two messages and now it's 6:11 - no return call. They sure are making it difficult to purchase from them. If they don't have time to return calls to take an order, they shouldn't be in business. I really do understand times are difficult but WORK WITH ME. At least...
Read moreWe've been to this store about four times now. Each time, Julie, greets us with sincere smile making us feel welcome. She never forgets to inform us of seasonal items, upcoming items, and makes suggestions. Julie definitely knows her products. I mention a few things to describe what we are looking for, and she knows exactly what they are. She really shows that she has the customer's best interest at heart and recommends what to get to get the most out of our money. Great marketing!
