Starbucks — Restaurant in La Habra

I’m a regular customer and buy at different locations. I’ve never complained, even if the barista had made a mistake (because they had politely fixed and/or replaced my orders). This time, I ordered a venti, cold (no ice) brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso through the app. When I picked it up, I was super confused, I thought they have spilled it. They gave me a warm coffee, a quarter of the size on a venti cup. When I told the barista (I didn’t ask her name) that I thought there’s been a mistake with my order, she was super rude, saying that “we’re not suppose to do that, what do you want?” Saying how they shouldn’t fill it up with milk… All I know, is that I paid for a cold coffee with oat milk, venti size and I was given a warm coffee, tall size (in a venti cup). She added milk halfway and walked away. I felt so embarrassed, I just grabbed the coffee and left. We are all humans and have bad days, but this was no mistake. My experience going to Starbucks off of imperial and beach Blvd is consistently a good one but I felt uncomfortable today when I went through the drive through to pick up my order and a young barista was going back and forth to get a look at me from inside.. came up to the window with no drink was about to speak and then just retreated back inside. As I was waiting for my second drink the young barista with a piercing on the bridge of his nose said to me “You look so beautiful, I wanted to let you know that”. I can definitely accept a compliment but there is a time and a place, and I believe it was completely unprofessional. Is this something that all Starbucks employees think is justified ? Average speed service on drive thru, good beverages, but the baristas are a bit crass. I have stopped by twice in the past two weeks and two different baristas have not so great manners. Maybe a course in politeness would help? I know some of these employees are quite young, but man, no excuses for having such rude attitudes. very cutty when I asked about a drink because I didn't know exactly what it was... the barista sounded ANNOYED.
