Very unfortunate experience this morning, especially since most people here have given such great reviews. My husband and I have been needing a new mattress so when we drove by we thought we'd take a look just to get an idea of what kind of mattress we are looking for. We were greeted by a gentleman, we let him know we've been wanting to upgrade to a king size and saw this store during our errands so were just looking around. He offered to help us, we told him we did not know what we were wanting, not know a price range and that we had not yet gone to any other stores. He showed us a couple and were able to narrow down the type we would like. We stated we would be wanting to get it in 2 weeks or so due to finances but we're interested in getting one soon. He did offer financing but we declined as that is not necessary. My husband asked when he was in the store, my husband works in sales and often will make sure to go back to the same person who assists us as many sales give the salesperson a commission. After less than 10 minutes in the store, he then changed his tact and told us that we didn't seem interested in purchasing a mattress. The accusation was very uncomfortable because he said he didn't think we really wanted a mattress so it changed the atmosphere to hostile... I apologized if we wasted his time and that we would leave and immediately headed to the exit. As we were exiting he said for us to come back if we did want to purchase a mattress. I said I don't think we will. We absolutely do want a mattress but we're just starting to look and made it clear it would be in the near future and not that moment. So to make us feel like we were wasting his time, I wouldn't want to return to that store. I don't like leaving negative reviews but it left me with such a negative and uncomfortable experience even though I did like a mattress I would sooner look for it at a different store, and my husband and I felt the owner of the store would want to be aware since many businesses are struggling at this time. Read moreGreat place to shop for a new bed. We bought a bed here 6 weeks ago & ended up not liking it due to how soft it was, but bought it here for their 100 day exchange the bed if you don't like it policy. We just exchanged it a few days ago for a firmer bed & love it!
Mark McFarland was very easy to work with. Helpful when needed, but allowed us our space to check out other beds until we had a few questions. Very knowledgeable about every bed we inquired about without having to look stuff up for the info. He made the entire process of returning the previous mattress & buying the new one hassle free. He managed to get the delivery fee waived since we already paid the first time around & since we financed the purchase through them, he was able to get our limit bumped up just a little when the new purchase made us go over our limit by just a couple hundred dollars.
