This store has been disappointing every time that I've tried to do business there.
Today I went to buy a simple car charger for my Android and it took 25 minutes. I realize sometimes they are busy but they had two customers ahead of me that they were talking to techs via phone for. At times both Verizon employees were doing nothing but waiting on the tech on the phone for minutes at a time.
They could see that I had my charger and cash in hand but refused to aknowlege me instead of taking 45 seconds to just check me out.
After almost leaving I could tell that the customer ahead of me was almost finished so then I got the pleasureof hearing Shaquaun explain in detail how the customer needed to take a survey and if he got anything less than a 9 he was failing and he needed 10s to get his boss to buy him lunch....
They literally took more time explain how we could praise them, than they spent checking me out. When I was buying the charger .Alex asked for my number and I said I just want to pay for it. Not give my number, not give them my email, just pay for it. He was visibly annoyed and mumbled some stuff about the number then asked for it again. I said I don't want texts from them. Just forget it, id just like to pay for the charger.
The other tech jumped in and said to run it through the store. Finally i could buy the charger with cash.
Im the past they always push some garbage ins plan that is frankly a scam.
Save yourself the hassle and headache and drive to the new TCC store across town, they know how to manage a customer with half the additude and...
   Read moreWe started our day at 11 am to Best Buy in Valpo, IN. We didnât appreciate the service we received there. When the rep asked us a question and we gave a reply she laughed. Weâre technically challenged and are new to this stuff so that didnât get us off to a great start. We then went to Best Buy in Benton Harbor Michigan. There we received great service and were all set to buy my Apple iPhone there. But because we were out of state, it caused issues and we needed to go back home so we could verify some info. Verizon said to take the needed documents there. I thought after that we could return to Best Buy to get everything. But lo and behold, the Verizon rep said we could get everything there. I knew you could get phones but wasnât sure if they had enough choices as I was wanting an Apple iPhone 15 pro max in blue titanium. Well guess what? They have everything there. Covers to protect the screen, the phone cover. And, we also got a free Apple Watch, Tablet, ear buds AND a Laptop. This is in no way a diss to Best Buy as I think they are great. But we got all of that for the same price as the phone alone at BB. We only had to pay the taxes on the items and go thru Verizon for WiFi service. So in todayâs tight economy, I would encourage everyone to go to an actual Verizon store. Our rep Eon was so nice, helpful and patient with us. He really cared about...

This will be the first Apple Watch Iâve ever owned, so I was honestly unfamiliar with a lot of the specs, setup, & Verizon plans offered. Thankfully, I had the privilege of purchasing this watch with Adam at this location on Lincolnway. He has excellent customer service skills! He did not push or pressure any products on me to make a sale, but he did suggest options to making my Apple Watch experience better. I thought this was pretty awesome because most of them were services that are already free or cost effective, & as a first time user I had no clue what was even available. I was also very pleased that he patiently setup the watch with me & he was super knowledgeable of all of the questions I had. He did not rush me or anything.
