Went inside from the drive-thru because I ordered a chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard. I thought maybe they forgot the chocolate? I was rudely informed that chocolate was indeed in there. I had to squint to see the small amounts of "trace chocolate," I stated. I thought there was very little chocolate, if any. She looked at me like I was in the wrong for questioning the product. I was considering emptying the large blizzard on the counter to inspect the contents. However, after many sad spoonfuls after spoonful of ice cream and strawberries, we finally discovered the "chunks" of chocolate. By this time, there was no joy to be had with the melted remnants of the most disappointing blizzard I have had the misfortune of receiving. At almost $7.00 for a large Blizzard, I would think there is enough profit margin for an adequate amount of chocolate. I wasn't asking for anything more or extra. Read moreNot at all pleased with the service at all....the walk in was empty, but yet the wait was long , the cashier was rude and she took part of my order told me to swipe my card then walked away.....so I ended up placing 2 orders . Pulled my own receipt and was very POORLY attended to....next time I'll just go to Wendy's. They want you to support small business, but I refuse to spend my money where it or myself isn't welcome or treated with respect....I do have options And dairy queen is now not a part of that...
