Through the entire pandemic when everything was closed for months, not once did I try another salon and for a woman who gets her nails done every two weeks on the dot, shows a lot. There is no place like CT nails. Every employee here treats me so well. Never awkward conversations between employees in foreign languages which usually follows with laughter (this happened a lot at other salons). Everyone treats the client with respect and care. I do not ever see myself going to another salon. Hollywood is so detailed, she will not let you leave unhappy. The way she treats every client when I’m there is nothing like I’ve ever seen before. It’s a bonus that I leave every single time happy with my nails. It never fails that every time I have a new set or fresh paint job, I receive compliments...

I waited 30 days to leave my review to make an honest opinion. Mandy did my nails and suggested gelX nails vs dip which I'm used to getting. So far its been 4 weeks and my nails are still on and in good shape. I wash dishes everyday and went swimming for vacation. I will definitely be back. I was a little disappointed that a manicure is not included in getting nails put on. Maybe things have changed since I've been to a salon but I've never got nails put on without a proper cleaning of my nails. But overall the quality of my nails have been amazing and so for that I'll be returning 😌 also I showed Mandy a design on pinterest and she did an awesome job recreating the design. I loved my nails so much.

Over priced for the quality. They don’t do acrylic only dip so it’s never a fill it’s always a full set. Dips are just consuming to soak, scrape off then reglue a new set.I was a good customer until they let me walk out with an eyebrow an a half. Got a wax and an elder lady didn’t hear I didn’t want eyebrows done this time (like I still didn’t have anything to wax yet) and BAM I felt the wax go on and there was no going back. There’s no point in being upset at this point because not like they can glue it back. The owner clearly saw I was MISSING the FRONT OF MY EYEBROW because of her tech and charged me full price.
