Came to pick up an UberEats order. Two women were working on the drive thru orders and told me my order was being packaged. I look to the male, Kris, who started taking someone's order at the front, while the drink I was waiting for was just sitting there next to him. I told him I'm waiting for that order and he began to package it slowly...while the three females handling drive thru had no one in line, and starting chit chatting amongst themselves. As Kris went back to package my order, he started writing the name on the order. I told him no need to write the name, as that is the only starbucks order I am picking up. He then began to tell me "THAT IS RUDE," and I asked him again, "WHAT?" and again he said "THAT IS RUDE." I canceled the order and left. I am NOT going to be degrated by a Starbucks employee just because I am not the paying customer. You know what happened after? I got an order for See's Candy on Lonehill and Route 66, went to pick up the order, and as soon as I entered, the lady was helping someone else, knew I was picking up, asked me the name, even gave me a CHOCOLATE SAMPLE, and was so lovely in that encounter treating me with respect that I almost forgot about KRIS from STARBUCK'S horrible interaction. Read moreI really didn't want to have to write a bad review but I'm consistently disappointed with the service, quality, and drinks from this location. I only stop by here for convenience as it's close to the freeway, but I'm always disappointed when I receive my drink. Eveytime I want to order, they're always out of key ingredients like refresher base, peach juice, apple juice, and caramel, those are important because these are key ingridents considering its half their menu! and I don't even come late, I come around 12-1pm. I almost always try to not stop at this location because I know they almost always never have the stuff I want. I have never been rude to the employees, but they almost never seem happy to serve you! I get that food service is annoying, havng worked in food service myself, but paying seven dollars for a small drink and then having it come watery and served with a bad attitude can't help but make me feel a little upset, and extremely disappointed considering it happens every single time. Read moreNormally my go to Starbucks location, after visiting there today, I won't be going back. I attempted to place an order for a drink for my 2 small children, a venti strawberry cream Frappuccino split into two cups. Apparently this Starbucks Manager had instructed they aren't doing that anymore. I could buy each child their own drink, which means Starbucks is getting more money from me, or they can give me a cup and I can split it myself, in my car with the possibility of spilling. I now have 2 upset and teary eyed kids in the car. I asked to spoke with manager, she doesn't work till Monday, I can call her then. I was already dealing with shift manager. Got the phone number to the corporate office to address the lack of customer service I received at this location.
