The frozen yogurt is really good. They have a good variety of flavors. I like that. They have energy drinks on the inside. Also little snacks that you can buy if you wanted to. The environment inside seems really nice. A nice place to hang out. I went with my girlfriend. I was getting a good amount of frozen yogurt. But i saw that the lady that was charging us. Was giving me a dirty look while I was getting different kinds of frozen yogurt, like if I wasn't going to pay for it or if it was too much that I shouldn't be getting. If that is the case, then this business shouldn't be offering different sizes. Then they should only have one size. So I won't get any dirty looks while I go buy what I want. My review is based on customer experience and not product quality which is pretty good. The first time we visited this place I notice the lady serving the yogurt was a little rude and not patient at all but I thought she is on her own and probably having a bad day. The second time there were 2 ppl working again same rude lady with same bad attitude and cashier. I ordered 2 yogurts and 2 smoothies they served the yogurt right away however even while I kept asking for my smoothies they wouldn't care and kept serving other customers. I asked for a refund after 15 min waiting and other customers walking in and out. Cashier was rude and said even if I want the refund I had to wait... long story short waited 25 mins to get my refund... they both new and saw me standing waiting. Not apology offered and extremely rude. I would suggest the owner to invest on some training or coaching program...

I've been going here for little under a year, and everything has been great other than one rude cashier. I've been getting a specific flavor every time I go and this one instance the yogurt tasted bad, like sour milk. Long story short, I told one of the cashiers and she rudely shined me off as if I didn't know what I was talking about. Later that night, my kids and I were throwing as a result of the bad yogurt we had earlier that day. Mind you, it was the only thing we had all afternoon.
