My recent visit to Nambah Coffee Shop in La Verne left me utterly delighted, and I couldn't wait to share my experience. It all began with a recommendation from our dog trainer, who suggested we try their Lavender Latte with Oat Milk. Let me tell you, that drink was a game-changer!
The Lavender Latte with Oat Milk was nothing short of a taste revelation. It combined the soothing aroma of lavender with the rich, velvety oat milk to create a truly unforgettable beverage. Each sip was a delightful symphony of flavors that danced on my taste buds. I was truly impressed by the artistry that went into crafting this masterpiece.
What made this visit even more special was the backdrop of our furry companions. Upon our dog trainer's suggestion, we brought our four-legged friends along, and Nambah Coffee Shop proved to be an absolute haven for dogs. The establishment's dog-friendly policy was evident as our dogs were greeted warmly and even offered treats. The joy on their faces as they explored the welcoming space was heartwarming to witness.
The exceptional service we received further elevated our experience. The staff was attentive, friendly, and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Their genuine enthusiasm for creating a welcoming environment for both humans and their furry companions was evident in every interaction.
As I soaked in the ambiance of Nambah Coffee Shop, I couldn't help but be captivated by its perfect blend of coziness and charm. The inviting decor, comfortable seating, and soft lighting created an atmosphere that was both relaxing and invigorating. It's the kind of place where time seems to stand still, allowing you to savor every moment.
In conclusion, Nambah Coffee Shop in La Verne has undoubtedly won my heart. Parking: There’s free street parking if you can find any. I parked in the private lot next to it.
Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with indoor and outdoor seating. It’s pretty quiet, so it’s a great spot to get a study session in. We visited on a late Saturday afternoon, and it was busy. Almost every table was filled, and there was a consistent line.
Service: There were only two workers. The cashier that rung us up was nice and efficient. Throughput took a little over 5 min, which is pretty quick considering how busy it was.
Drinks & pastries:
Snickerdoodle Latte - This contained brown sugar, vanilla, real butter, cinnamon, espresso, and milk. It sounds overwhelmingly sweet, but honestly the only thing I really tasted was cinnamon. Overall, I thought this drink was enjoyable especially for those who prefer their lattes on the sweeter end.
Heartthrob - This contained vanilla, white chocolate, cinnamon, espresso, and milk. The flavors mixed really well together. Nothing really overpowered each other. Again, this drink is enjoyable for those who like sweeter lattes.
Mango Matcha - This contained mango nectar, vanilla, cream, and ceremonial matcha. I thought the matcha part was okay. You can’t really taste the matcha after mixing it. The mango was definitely overpowering.
Chocolate chip scone - This tasted as good as it looks. It’s not too sweet, but it does get overwhelming. I recommend eating some and saving the rest for later.
Chocolate chip cookie - I looove cookies! Couldn’t resist trying this too. The edges and middle sections were soft. There’s a generous amount of chocolate chips, but it’s not overly sweet!
Pricing: Average prices for a coffee shop nowadays. We enjoyed their drinks and pastries. I’d love to come back and try their offerings and hopefully sit and enjoy the ambiance, if it...

This spot is a busy, well-lit coffee shop right across from the University of La Verne, always buzzing with students hanging out or studying. With both indoor and outdoor seating, it’s a great place to enjoy a drink no matter the season.
I’ve tried a handful of items, both food and drinks, and honestly, everything has been solid. From their zucchini bread and cookies to their breakfast sandwich and lattes, you really can’t go wrong. My two favorites, though, are easily the Heartthrob and the Snickerdoodle (pictured).
The staff is always warm and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. One time, we gave them our daughter’s name for the order because she wanted to hear it called out, and they happily played along. For a then three-year-old, that was the coolest thing ever.
Great drinks, great vibes, and great people—I’ll definitely keep...
