Brentwood Square — Local services in La Vista

The commercial property owner has not maintained the parking Lot up to city code. Large dangerous potholes have left it wide open to damaging peoples automobile, children could fall into them while bike riding. I remember as early as 11 yr old riding my BMX dirt bike thru Brentwood Square it was FRESH, NEW ,The grounds were meticulously kept. Since it is OBVIOUS that the owner don't care much about our community safety. I would like to propose a idea, to acquire the section , revitalize it, the FORMER BAKERS grocery store, would become a specialized Advanced Energy Storage. I utilize this shopping center quite frequently as it is just down the street from where I live. There is a Wendy's, a Scooters, a Thai Orchard Restaurant, a Philly Sports Bar, and a Dragon Cafe Chinese Restaurant. There are several stores and other businesses and new ones have popped up in the last several months. There's a Dollar Store, a Great Clips, a Planet Fitness, an Office Depot, a party store, a hobby store, a salon, a couple of doctor's offices, a Thrift America thrift store, an insurance agency, a dentist and several other stores. The prices are out of control! The way things are being overpriced has reached a level of rediculous that cannot be measured. 25 + for old Sarah Jessica Parker and merona from target does not sense. There is a section labeled "vintage" that is no more than old gross clothes that someone(s) who knows nothing about vintage decided to put on the racks.
