Houston's Lounge — Local services in La Vista

Bartender filled my water bottle for me and then a waitress told me I can’t drink out of my own bottle because it’s an outside container. I understand that people may bring own alcohol, but the waitress should have confirmed with a manager before saying something. Service was also very slow with us having to approach the bar several times to get water and other drinks. About an hour before I asked for some glasses and a pitcher of water. The bar tender said they don’t do pitchers of water, but then the waitress brought us a carafe of water. There were only 3 tables in the whole bar, so I don’t understand...

My best friend Harold and I hit up this joint tonight and they could not have been more accommodating. Awesome staff as far as customer service is concerned and to top it off the bartender knew how to top off a pint of Guinness. Fairly standard, but upon ordering offered to bring it to me once it set, no rush; that's admirable, that's a well poured Guinness. More than anything they were kind and appreciative, they absolutely have my future business. My only regret is not catching...

This is one of my favorite bars! You can get to know your server by name and they will remember your drink.

It has the best selection of liquor in Omaha, including rum, tequila, vodka, whiskey, brandy, beer, and saki. Additionally, the draft beer is ice cold!
