UPDATE: disappointed and frustrated.

Leaving my original review as it was down below. This transaction completely fell apart during fulfillment. After waiting 8 weeks for our custom order (couch and two chairs) to be fulfilled by the manufacturer in OR to AHFM, AHFM mis-delivered our custom order to the wrong house (in the wrong city, even) and THEN brought US the wrong couch the following day and tried to bring it into our house. We were crestfallen that we had waited so long just to be let down (and for a $4k order, at that). AHFM did promptly issue a refund at our request, that's the only good thing that happened during the fulfillment phase. We ended up keeping a cheaper, less comfortable couch that we had purchased from them earlier and just ordered a couple of recliners from Costco.

Excellent Experience – Honest, Helpful, and No Pressure!!!

My boyfriend and I had been searching for the perfect couch for over two months. We did extensive research—reading countless reviews on Reddit, browsing multiple brands online, checking Facebook Marketplace, and visiting several showrooms. I rarely write reviews but this is one I have to do. I went into this store on Monday and ordered a bed frame and dresser to be delivered today Wednesday. The sales person asked for my address and verified that I live on base, he said no problem. Come today I’m waiting around for a phone call about delivery time, nothing. I called the store and they said the order was never entered and they were not sure what happened. They also informed me they don’t have delivery available on base. Well, thanks for wasting my time and making me feel like I matter as a customer. When I was in the store they filled out my sales slip and ran my card right away then I guess just moved on to the next customer, without entering the order. Really not impressed with how they do business and will not be going back, my order was canceled they didn’t have a problem doing that for me right away.
