Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Lacey

My boyfriend has told me for years that Dutch bro was the best coffee and the prices better than most(he has punch cards for several coffee places, so finally we see a Dutch Brothers. It has 2 long lines going through the parking lot one each direction & I think better check out the menu before the gal gets to the car. I find what I want. We order he gets his card out and when we get to the window for our drinks the gal ask if I want a straw with my blended drink(smh!)? I wonder if they try the drinks they serve because As pretty as it looked, it taste like a wooden popsicle stick! I could only take 3 sips of it. So I tried my boyfriends hot drink & it was again very bland(no coffee flavor) and way to sweet. As our drive went on my drink began to separate and there were chunks of stuff that looked like tofu floating in it. I wish I would have taken a picture of this drink that was not better priced but average price $7 ish(plus tax) for a 24oz drink. I thought it was really gross and will not go back there or to any Dutch Brothers coffee because of my experience at that place I would not recommend...

I like Dutch Bro typically. Sometimes their staff are a little too hyper for my liking. But this particular one I've been to about 7x. At least half of those times, their staff were way too talkative as I was stuck in line behind the customers in front of me. Today was the last time...the barista was chatting with a customer not working on any orders or taking money, just chatting. After I sat for three minister without any movement, I backed up and went to their other side. She looked up at me and just kept enjoying her conversation without acknowledging this customer. Then I went to the other side and SAME THING happened over there. Ugh. I don't stop at coffee drivethrus to get my conversation fix, I'm driving through bc all I have time for is a stop and go. I have been to 5-6 other DB and have not had this experience. This young staff needs to be trained in quality barista customer service. Until then, I will not...

I have been going here for 4 years now, usually the same drink and price but sometimes I switch it up. Today, however I had a horrible experience which was weird considering. I got in line, only one car ahead of me so no one came out to take the order which was understandable. I get that the people of Dutch Bros are very friendly and usually like to interact with their customers, but this customer in front of me and the employee talked for abt 5 mins before getting her drink, and then she went to pay and they gave it to her for free!! And then talked again for abt another 5 mins. I understand when its busy, like 5 cars or more on each side, its a wait. But there was no reason I should've had to wait almost 15 mins for coffee with one car in front of me and 4 employees working. I love Dutch Bros and have been a long time customer, but this experience will make me rethink going...
