Panda Express — Restaurant in Lacey

i eat panda express at least three times a week. This location on Marvin Road is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. I’m not greeted as i enter, even if I’m the only person In line. The Quality of food here is always a problem. Any entree that’s supposed to be crispy has been sitting in sauce so long that it’s as soggy as oatmeal. The fried rice is always missing eggs and sometimes missing peas And onions, leaving you with super greasy rice that only has carrots in it. This place is a disgrace. I would be embarrassed to be managing this restaurant in its condition. I’ve been holding off on this review for several months and continue visiting this place in hopes that it gets better but it just Doesn’t. Now it’s time to let people know. Don’t go here. Go a couple doors down and spend a little more for quality food at Panera. That’s what I’m doing now when I’m in this area or head down to The panda on sleater-kinney and Martin Way for the panda quality we know and love.

Staff at this location, always seems to be sluggish, especially managementand they do not communicate well with each other.

This is supposed to be a fast service restaurant. There’s no pep in their Step and they don’t care how long you wait. Seriously, go somewhere else so that you’re not disappointed...

order #5845061350670339, My wife ordered food for dinner to pick up at 5:15pm Nov 23rd. I arrived to the store at 5:20pm. Order was not ready. Asked staff and gave the customer name that was on the order. She said "ok i will let them know". Not sure who "they" are but I started waiting. Probably 30+ orders went out the door including people ordering in the store. I patiently kept waiting. Another staff asked the customer name, and another and another. None was any help. Then they said they are waiting for teriyaki sauce and it will be another 3-4 minutes. Nothing we ordered needed teriyaki sauce. Then they said they never got the "ticket". Long story short noone knew what what they were doing as far my order goes. I finally left the store with my order at 6:30pm. 1 hour 10 minutes waiting in the store. Needless to say, this is unacceptable. There was absolutely no reason why they could not get my order ready in 5 minutes once i arrived at the store (even though i expect my order should have been ready when I arrived, i understand problems happen). I asked for a receipt so i could fill out the survey but there was no receipt so...

Every single time we come here even close to 10pm (they are open tell 10:30 supposedly) they never make anything if they are out of anything. We even call 10 minutes prior to ten off and on and no one ever answers to take an order. We get there 5 minutes after ten and we ask for fresh stuff cuz they have nothing left on the hot plates and they say oh we just turned off the fryers. And I go ok what can I make and she said not much. And I go ok well we were calling off and on to try and put in an order cuz the app isn’t working and they go oh sorry we were just so busy yet it’s like crickets when we walk in and all the hot plates are gone and the floor has been cleaned. This location needs to just close at 10 because u don’t serve food after ten and have horrible customer service and laugh at ur customers when they leave empty handed. And sarcastically say drive safe now as u leave and laugh some more. Do better or change ur hours cuz these reviews will keep happening tell u do better and actually stay open tell 10:30 and actually serve...
