I went for the pet wash and got flea meds for my two dogs. The bath went well it was dirty but usable with lots of soaps previded for your dogs they did give us a dicount. The clinic however was awful. The vet was VERY rude and condescending. Flea meds come with a free exam here. She saw my older dogs teeth and asked for no background or no explanation but did get agitated at me. Instead of offering help she started blaming me and telling me if I had gotten her teeth done earlier it wouldnt be this bad. She never even quoted to me how much it would be or told what financial help was available. However, she is a stray. After that, though, I didn't correct her as I knew I was going somewhere else after that. Then it was my second dogs turn go in. He is nervous and the assistant told me I could go in as he is bigger and we had clearly done training for vets. He's also a rescue. I was in at first and he was doing great he stood up right on the scale when I asked but he wouldn't get up for the assistant and he is trained to sit still for ear exams. Half way through the vet kicked me out and told me it was for liability purposes. I walked out at that point and watched from the windows. She didnt even finish his exam as he had a lead collar on because he pulls. She never asked to take it off to check his teeth or ask if I wanted her not do it. She just never did and even wrote it in the paperwork. I left almost in tears in how she...

They have thousands of baby chicks that are huddled together in tanks. They were scared and trying to keep warm laying on top of each other. I stared at them heart broken about their fate. Each one of them is a Someone. Each with their own personality with emotions and feelings. I could see their differences as I watched them. Then 2 people scooped them up in a box without any care that they had a life in their hands. I cried for all of them. Then on my way out i saw a book about butchering animals. It had every animal imaginable it seemed. It was written by a vet. Someone who is supposed to protect animals. What an insane world we live in that exploits animals like this including the chicks. Go vegan for a kinder more compassionate world. Don't follow the herd. Just because it is legal does not make it right. All of the above stuff i mentioned at this store is wrong. The one positive experience i had was the walk in vet clinic inside the store called Good Neighbor Vet. I took my cat to them. They did a good job with my kitty. They were caring and competent. Me and my fiance went to the Lacey location today. We have a very bads customer experience.. this you kids/guy name nick that help us at the back in sportgood. We purchasing so items that need his attention. He was Very unprofessional, was very rude, disrespectful, he was argue with me. I has to tell him to stop and drop the argument.. this was the second time he have a attitude. If you can't handle customer service. He shouldn't be in the customer service department. Backroom, stocking department.. also unprofessional and experience. when my friend and family are in there trying to looking around buying items.. we walk out . The manager tarrant was very nice and polite.. we feel like costal store was going to be our main sportgood store to go buy supplies and clothing bit now I feel not wanting to go there anymore and also not referring my friend and family about coastal store.. Hopefully upper management will give the worker nick some kind of written warning about how to treat customer with his echo, attitude like he hated his jobs. So it won't happen to...
