2 tapatios mexican grill — Restaurant in Olympia

If you look at my account I almost never leave reviews but decided I had to for this place. I drove by this food truck and had never seen it so decided to give it a shot. I got 2 pastor and 2 asada tacos. Everything about these tacos were perfect. The quality of the meat, the marinade, the salsas/sauces. They tasted so absolutely fresh and the pastor was flawless. I've tried street tacos from California Tacos, Taco Brothers, Mi Pueblo, etc. and the competition isn't even close. I really hope this truck sticks around. It's kind of in a weird spot (at least in my opinion) and I hope that doesn't hinder it from it's full potential. I can't wait to go back and try other things as the whole menu sounds great and I have no doubts it will be. Please don't sleep on this food truck as I need it to...

This place has the best tacos I have found in Washington state. My wife and mother-in-law are from Colima, Mexico, and they agree that this is the most authentic and delicious place around; even better than most places in Mexico 😄. The staff is kind and friendly. This taco truck is fantastic. Been to Texas and California, all in between, tons of food trucks along the way.. this is by FAR the best Mexican food I’ve had. Seriously. I’d recommend their crispy tacos and California burritos. Fresh ingredients, friendly people, nice menu variety. Awesome!!
