After waiting for 30 minutes for my food (ordered to go inside the "restaurant"), the order was STILL wrong! They had to remake 4 items in my order, every time either complaining they had to do it again audibly or visually rolling their eyes. Unfortunately, you can see the people working on the line here. I say unfortunately because it's hard to not lose your appetite when you watch two guys constantly touching their hats, wiping their sweat on their arms, replace their hats, and not once wash their hands or change their gloves after doing so. MASSIVE HEALTH CODE VIOLATION! To top it all off, I even told the head manager about his line guys and them not washing their hands or changing gloves. Although he said he'd handle it, he never did tell his guys for the last 20 minutes that I was standing there waiting for my food. This place has horrible service speed, terribly and unhealthfully prepared food, and a bad boss if he's not gonna make his guys read their monitor correctly or follow health code. I definitely won't be going there again! As someone who has worked fast food before, it's not that hard to follow health code, read a monitor that tells you everything you need to make and any special things with it, and it's also not hard to pick up the pace to accommodate for the crowds. I guess when you allow your employees to slack off and smoke pot in your parking lot, it may get a little difficult to properly do your job. Hopefully no one gets sick, has an allergic reaction to a wrong order, or, God forbid, die as a direct result of eating at their disgusting establishment. Corporate...
Read moreFull 5 stars for the crew of this place!!
Of course the food was good but the entire crew went above and beyond.
After leaving Taco Bell with my awesome food I noticed that I was missing my phone. I retraced my steps and nothing. The manager and cashier were nice enough to let me use their phones to try and locate my phone. Unfortunately no luck. So I went back to the truck to fire up my iPad to try and track it but it was taking forever. Went back to ask the crew at Taco Bell if I could use one of their phones one more time to try and track my phone. Of course as luck has it there was a shift change and new faces everywhere. So I explained my situation and each employee was willing to assist in anyway possible. At that moment the store manager came out from the parking lot area where he had been searching for me to tell me that THEY HAD FOUND IT!!
Thank you Taco Bell crew for going above and beyond and THANK YOU FOR GIVING FAITH THAT THERE IS STILL HONESTY AND INTEGRITY IN THIS WORLD!!!
I just wish I had gotten all their names so I could personally say thank you in this post!!

Read moreEvery. Single. Time. EVERY TIME, we come through their drive through the food is wrong. There is sour cream when we said none, order hardshell tacos and they are SOGGY. TONIGHT? Ordered the Naked Chicken Box deal. It was right on the screen, yet we get half way home and the husband opens the box to find no chicken chips at all, but some regular tortilla chips and cheese. Turn around and go back and the manager tried to blame the cashier ringing it up wrong. It's right on the receipt. Why throw the girl under the bus? Every few weeks I keep thinking, it's been a while, maybe it won't be a giant waste this time... and every time I am proven horribly wrong. Just go to the Taco Bell on Pacific, the food is almost never wrong. After living in Olympia for a year now I can count on one hand we've had a problem with our food and we go to taco bell three times a week.
EDIT 9/11 - We have not been back since my original review. Tonight we thought we would give it a shot. They're "closed" more than 30 minutes BEFORE their closing time. This place should be out...
