This place is AMAZING! From the moment you walk in, everyone is professional and friendly in a warm, bright atmosphere. We talked directly with the owner, Ty, who was extremely knowledgeable and excited to help with our custom ring design. My fiance and I had gone to a different jeweler first and had an awful experience at that other place (ultimately we ended up without our rings by the proposal day and that guy went weeks at a time without returning our messages). Working with Ty here at Anspachs was a completely different experience, and I wish we had found him first! He was so kind, extra communicative, and delivered way ahead of our anticipated schedule so we had my ring in time for the holidays. He made us feel like we were top priority even though Im sure this place is extremely busy with orders, and he never rushed us when discussing designs. Ty even made a 3D printed mock up of my ring to try on before it was finalized! Not only did he make my ring PERFECTLY, he also ordered a ring for my fiance that we had been looking at. He did not pressure us to buy it at all, but had it as option for us by the time we picked up my ring. My fiance was so surprised, he thought I worked with Ty secretly to do that order, but nope, Ty was just awesome! I've already handed off my next project to this jeweler ( a family heirloom that i feel comfortable leaving in their care ) and I've been recommending them to all my friends. I was visiting my daughter in Louisville when I discovered a diamond had fallen out of my grandmothers wedding ring! Unbelievably I found the diamond! My daughter immediately said I have just the jeweler we’ve got to see! We met with one of your amazing jewelers! He was so patient and conscientious! After shopping around at all the commercial jewelry stores in the area for an update for my wedding ring, I decided to try Anspach's Jewelry after walking by it on the street. I came into the store with a pencil drawing of what I wanted and they didn't even laugh!! (I'm no artist.) They brought my custom ring to life from my drawing first with a 3D wax casting and then with white gold. The experts at Anspach's incorporated all of my diamonds from my original wedding band and engagement ring and the end result is a ring that is so spectacular I was actually speechless.
