The food seems to be hit or miss. We got 2 vegetarian curries and 1 chicken tikka masala. The veg curry did not taste like indian food, while the chicken tikka was really good. The veg masala had way too much (coconut) cream and the wrong veggies for what you'd want in a curry (zucchini doesn't fit...). The cheese naan and samosas were delicious. I was happy to see a food truck in the restaurant void between the King Sooper's shopping complex and Casian on Public road, so I stopped over and got two samosa and some garlic naan to sample the food. literally was wondering how I had never had a samosa that light and crispy on the outside and scrumptious on the inside. I simply love the food served at this family-owned and operated restaurant on wheels! I try something different with every visit and so far, every dish has been yummy delicious. They are always genuinely friendly and evidently have high standards.
