Bassett Furniture — Local services in Lafayette

We are very disappointed with the quality of our custom made Bassett furniture. We’ve only had it for 3 years and the cushions already look worn and saggy. We also recently developed a squeak in the sofa. The Lafayette store manager was very rude and condescending. His suggestion was to fluff it up because we were sitting incorrectly. This is not acceptable after paying a much higher price for advertised quality. We previously had a set for 15 years from a different chain store which had it not been for changing my decor was holding up quite nicely.
