no star!!! i just bought a sofa and sent pictures of the arm and sewing that is all crooked. the arm is the worse part but for the amount charged for the product and the stress THEY PUT ON quality this is not what i would expect, this is not it! They ask me to take pictures and send them and then the manager called and said there is nothing wrong. I explained that it is not as easy to see what i am talking about in the picture and he was so rude to me and basically telling me too bad!! i have had the sofa for 30 minutes he said i signed for it and accepted it. I did not!!! the driver had my husband sign a ticket saying it was delivered. not that we inspected it! UNBELIEVABLE!!! THE so called GENRERAL MANAGER IS A PIECE OF WORK!! DON'T LET THEM...

I will always purchase my furniture from Bassett. The quality of the furniture is worth every penny. We bought living room furniture 7 years ago and the furniture still looks great. My husband fluffs the pillows and it looks brand new. Our outdoor kitchen will look great with our old furniture.

Brooke and Brian were so helpful and professional. I brought in the wall color. They helped us pick the perfect furniture and layout in our new living room to blend well with my colors. We purchased a loveseat which had to be ordered because they did not have what we wanted in their inventory. We ordered a stock color and were never told that it would be considered a custom order, nor were we advised about their return policy. (it is printed on the back of the purchase agreement----how many people turn over the purchase agreement ?) Anyway, we are not pleased with our loveseat, and they have refused to do anything about it. Basically it's "tough __" We will NEVER shop there again!...
