RUN RUN RUN away from this studio. And like many other previous reviews on here if I could rate negative stars for this place I would.

I verbally told Jan the owner, within the cancellation period ( a month in advance) over phone and in person that I would not like to take classes for the months of November and December. Yet despite my many requests she charges me for those two months. When I confronted her about it she told me that she would offer studio credit. I happened to lose the credit card on file so the card was cancelled. When that happened Jan kept asking me for a new credit card on file. I repeatedly told her I had two months of credit so I would give her updated credit card information when my studio credit was used up. Instead I got a call from the billing agency for a past due invoice for February, 2021. I told the billing company I was confused because I had credit on file for two months. After numerous attempts to contact Jan via phone and email I never got a straight answer from her. Instead of trying to resolve these issues she gets the collection agency involved and cancels my membership.

I have been a customer of this studio for 2+ years and I love the location and classes. However, due to the owner Jan and her trying to scam her customers I will never return and want to warn other customers. I ultimately was billed erroneously for the month of 2/2021 and she terminated my membership and still owes me two months of credit.

Do yourselves a favor and run far away from this establishment. I will return to this studio in a heartbeat once...

WARNING- DO NOT JOIN!!!

The business owner JAN S. will do everything to take your money. My neighbor warned me about this studio and how the owner will twist and turn all the rules in order to get your money especially when it comes to memberships and cancellation.

Due to its convenient location to my home i decided to give it a try. The instructors of the studio are great, but during the shelter in the place order and studio shut down, Jan continued to charge membership fee- with no services rendered.

Long story short, i tried to handle this issue with Jan but she's manipulative and kept threatening me with collection company and the billing department if I didn't continue to pay my membership despite having credits for the months i was charged.

Despite trying to get a hold of Jan via phone and email, once she has your money, she's very hard to get a hold of.

I should've definitely listened to my neighbor and ALL the NEGATIVE reviews on Yelp- stating the same concerns...

Sinem is an exceptional Pilates instructor whose professionalism and expertise truly set her apart. Every class with her is a perfectly balanced challenge — she has a remarkable ability to push you just beyond your comfort zone, helping you build strength, flexibility, and confidence over time.

What I appreciate most is her teaching style and clarity of instructions. She breaks down each movement, making it easy to follow while still keeping the pace dynamic. Her classes flow seamlessly from one exercise to the next, creating a rhythm that’s easy to follow.
