AGAIN, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I wish I had read the reviews. Terrible customer support & terrible service. Paid almost $40.00 for a package to be shipped to Boston. The package never arrived. When I called to check on it, they said it made it to a terminal in Boston and then the contents were lost and the box discarded. When I asked if I got a refund for the shipping since it was never delivered, they responded "No, we did our part!" Their part was to deliver a package to the recipient in 7-10 days. If the package does not arrive, how did they do their part. I asked them to send me a copy of the invoice so I could request the insurance payment of $100.00. They never sent it. I called back the next day and spoke to the manager to get the information sent again and I was told that since I taped the box, it was not packaged properly and the insurance could not be claimed. I told them the box was in good condition and it was taped very well. I asked them to look at the video and told them that they will even see me add additional tape with their large tape gun. The manager at first said, "no you did not add any tape!" I then asked him to look at the condition of the box and the tape on the box. It was well taped. He then said, "oh, you did tape it with our tape gun. That is against store policy!" At which point, I lost it! These guys only view their "part" as running the cash register, over charging for shipping and not delivering any service! Save yourself the hassle and go to Fed-ex, or the USPS! Fed-ex is at 3606 Mount Diablo Blvd, right...

They no longer partner with DHL (thatās UPS, not just this store), so anything sent outside the US is incredibly expensive and slow, and this storeās delays make it worse. Only the lone designated āmail forwarding departmentā staff member and the manager can help you if you have a mailbox there. Possible that no one else can access the spreadsheet they use to look up accounts?
They said when I got my post box 3.5 years ago (mid 2019) that they were experts at handling overseas mail forwarding, but every instance of it has had problems that they arenāt hurrying to resolve. Iām trapped with this address now despite the bad service and my 9 hour time difference. š

I stood there in silence for at least 5 minutes before saying Hi and it turns around and says foe me to wait 5 minutes. He then proceeded to finish what he was doing. He probably would have taken longer, but then another customer came in and said hi to me. I would personally halt my lunch to help a customer. If it is that slow, I can resume after helping the customers. His name Tage said Everett. He looks kinda lanky with dark brown hair. I found his customer service to be dismissive and poor. I hope not all of the people that work here...
