TERRIBLE.
Not only is the furniture overpriced, but the staff is terrible. Last Sunday, my husband and I had decided what we wanted within 30 minutes, but it took Lori Williams another hour and a half to check us out because she was dealing with another customer as well while the other salespeople stood around looking bored. Lori had to redo putting our order into the machine multiple times. The first time, she messed up the order so we were going to have two right sides to our sectional. The second time, it was because she screwed up putting it into the computer. We FINALLY got out of there after two hours and she said our mattress was going to be delivered on Tuesday (two days later). We ran into the other set of customers Lori had been dealing with and they left without buying anything because the wait was so long.
On Tuesday, we got a phone call saying we would not be getting our mattress because she misread the computer and only the box spring was available on Tuesday so it would be Saturday. Saturday (yesterday) we got a phone call that it would be the following Tuesday. My husband asked why they weren't coming that day (like she said) and she argued with him about telling him when they would arrive! She said she had never told him that!
Yesterday, my husband got another phone call from Lori saying we owed another THOUSAND DOLLARS. I called the manager (Tim) and he told me, yes, in fact we did owe more money because of a mistake on Lori's part. He did eventually say he would give us our furniture for no additional cost ($5000 and a ton of headaches was enough), but only after I told him to cancel our order. We did eventually cancel our order and they were petty enough to make us bring our two pillows back as well.
Never in my life have I heard of a salesperson calling the customer for an additional 20% of what they paid because of the salespersons error. Our experience with Lori was terrible, and even worse, the manager, Tim, was terrible. He didn't care AT ALL and I hope they're happy that they lost a large sale because of their sheer incompetence.

Read moreI bought a couch here at Kittles two years ago made by Fusion manufacturing. The couch was just what I wanted, but admittedly I didn't know enough about couch quality to assess what would become my ultimate issue. Although the workers were kind and the people helpful, they couldn't save me from a couch that was poorly made and manufactured. The couch eventually broke down after minimal use in the 2 years I had it leading to a 2in gap between cushions . If you sit on the crack of the couch between cushions at this point you're sitting on the base. I contacted Kittles in Lafayette, and even though it was only 2 years old, all they offered to do is have me pay for new cushions. The cost would be over $200, but at this point I'm better off buying something better made. I'd avoid buying something from Fusion manufacturing, that's the place my couch was made, sold by Kittles and their competitors stopped selling that brand apparently due to quality reasons. Also make sure the sales people tell you about the manufacturers warranty, mine was only for a year. We found one we loved and bought the guardsman gold Warrenty which is a total joke but the lady selling assured us it was worth everything since we had a dog. Also, the sales lady stated that the cloth we chose was so durable it would hold up to a lazy dog and even an active dog. Well, I can tell you it didn’t at all and I’ve been around and around with the Warrenty and they say that tears, rips, fraying, and worn out areas are not covered. Why, because nothing is covered. They take your money. When you spend $2000 and nothing is covered. Waste of time and money. I’ve also contacted Warrenty department and store three times and talked to five different people to try and order just new cushion covers and no one seems to know how I can do that. Totally...
