Sue couldn’t comprehend simple instructions for printing. I had to go somewhere else because she kept saying that I was being complicated and if she made a mistake it would have been VERY EXPENSIVE for me. Ian is always very nice. 03/16/21
I edited my review above last week to sound less damaging for the business. I gave 3 stars instead of 1 after receiving an apology despite the complete lack of empathy towards me, which was nice of me. I always go to small business like this one instead of big ones like UPS to contribute to my neighbors' economy. But now the owner edited their response and added "just maybe a word to us direct would have been better as opposed to trying to damage our business with a poor review on line when all local businesses are trying to stay afloat and keep their doors open". To be clear, I talked to Sue several times DIRECTLY before leaving. I was super understanding when she didn't comprehend my directions despite her continuing to be rude. She was the one calling me a difficult person when I repeatedly asked for ONE copy of each page between 3-10, 12-29, not TWENTY-SIX copies of each page, and she kept insisting on printing 26 copies. BIG PAY DIFFERENCE that I would have to pay for.
NOW I'M CHANGING IT AGAIN TO ONE STAR. It's not about the terrible apology, it's about the attitude she gave and still giving me online (I want to think this is not because I'm a person of color).

They helped me through the entire process of shipping a lot of my belongings across the country because I essentially know nothing about it. Not only did they help me unload items from my car and let me use part of their space to reorganize my stuff, but they then helped me pack most efficiently and with the intent of wanting to save me as much money as possible. By the end (or first two minutes) I wanted to just be their friends as they are so lovely and funny.
