I've tried Leo's several times at different times of the day. My 1sg trip is kinda just walked the whole store to see what they carried. I was very excited to Calypso drinks. They have like 7 or 8 different varieties. Other places usually only have 3 or 4. I also got their 2 biscuit and gravy. The portions were good for the price! The gravy is just right. Not to lumpy and not a lot of spiciness to it. Today I got their Strawberry Chicken salad. It is pretty good. Spring mix, strawberries, sweet peas, artichoke hearts, pickled onions, sunflower seeds with poppyseed dressing. Not a big fan of the artichokes but to each his own. The Men's bathroom, well it was mostly clean except for where somebody dribbled on the floor. Do better guys. The staff, well there were only 3 on that I could see. One girl, much younger than the other 2, was moody. You could tell she wasn't having a good day. The gentleman who made my salad was very helpful and made sure everything was to my liking. If you are ever in the area, I suggest...
Read moreI wish I knew the name of the sweet man that helped me today, he was very tall and he was such a pleasure. He offered to let me sample some soup and recommended me what to get on the potato. I had the alfredo potato which was phenomenal and I also loved the tomato soup, also bought some cookies for my coworkers that we all loved! The food being spectacular beyond my expectations was certainly something worth reviewing but what ultimately made me want to write this review was the staff. Everyone I spoke to today was so warm and kind, you could tell that they took bringing some joy into otherâs days was something that really mattered to them. It just really touched me because I couldnât remember when I had last felt people being so genuine out in the world like that and it just really made my day so much brighter. Iâm already looking forward to making this one of my favorite lunch...
Read moreThis place was lovely. Bethany and Amanda were both so kind. The store is brand new, so of course, itâs in great shape. They have all kinds of stuff from your traditional gas station fare to grocery items like cheese, milk, pies, ice cream, lunch meat, and more. They also have pre-made sandwiches, pasta salads, dips, family meals, and more to take home or to work. They also have a fresh food counter with healthy options like grain bowls, salads, and hot items they make fresh. Itâs a one stop shop, especially if you need something and youâre on the road. Itâs all very affordable and they donât price gouge, which is refreshing to see. I would definitely recommend going. If youâre coming from the interstate youâll have to go down to the light and u-turn or find your way back around. All in all⌠itâs great for a quick stop and has a place to eat if youâre...
