My hair was Completely OUT OF CONTROL, I had Covid and it literally knocked me on my rear for 20 days straight!! I NEVER thought I would be able to stand up much less survive this nasty disease and I followed ever rule to a T. I stayed at home, only got out to pick up prescriptions at a drive through pharmacy or to go to my Doctor and most of those were telemedicine appointments. So when my husband who is a teacher tested positive I called my own Doctor at 2pm one day just to check even though I had zero symptoms at that time, but my husband had tested positive so I called my primary care doctor to get tested so that I would know my results and not spread this terrible virus. The medical assistant set me up with a telemedicine visit at 3:30p.m that same day...Well by 3pm I had spiked a fever of 103.7 and I was really struggling to breathe ( now I have NEVER smoked a day in my entire life or have done those vapes and all other harmful stuff either, my pre-existing condition was when I was 28 I had renal cell cancer and had to have a radical nephrectomy and my adrenal gland also removed and ended up getting pneumonia because it is so hard to take deep breathes. I ended up having to stay in the hospital for 7 weeks. I prayed I would never feel that bad ever again but this bout of Covid was extremely close to the way I felt when I had cancer. I tried and really and really struggled to even get out of the bed to walk not even 10 feet to the restroom so after 20 days of madded/ tangled hair to the point that I couldn’t even get my finger through my hair and I have extremely thick and heavy curly hair, Which I am in no way complaining about that. I am so blessed to have thick, and naturally curly hair but when I took it out of my pony tail it was so madded & tangled that it actually stayed in a pony tail without a hair tie so then I thought I’m going to get in the shower and try my luck detangling it with TONS aid conditioner and a de-tangler! WELL... it took about two straight hours strictly concentrating on getting my tangled mess of hair somewhat manageable. After two hours I called to see if a professional would have better luck and OMGOODNESS she worked miracles!!!!! I absolutely LOVE what she did to my hair and I feel 10 pounds lighter. She had to cut about 10 inches off and layered my hair around the front to frame my face. I can not remember her name but thank goodness they keep all your information in their computer so I can request the same person next visit. I can not recommend this lady enough. She is a miracle worker!!!! Now if I can just get my hair to do exactly what she did when she fixed & styled my hair to get it to look the same!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 #LotsOfLuck...

Carmen fixed my eyebrows the same day after having them absolutely butchered elsewhere. She did amazing.

Also want to say that Brittny is great - very straightforward, especially if you have a plan for hair that isn’t going to work...she is honest about it. She is sure to have a plan in place before she starts on your hair and that both of you are on board. I appreciate her clarity and help with styling questions.

Hanna is fun to talk to, thorough, and great with hair color. I’d ended up having some sort of miscommunication with another stylist and Hanna was able to fix the color, which came out as orange over my brown hair instead of blonde. (I’d wanted a golden blonde, which would require bleach...I ok’d the bleaching process once in July when I booked and once while I was in the chair and it still wasn’t done. Not sure how or why that happened but I was offered a redo so I chose Hanna to do it. It came out as planned :] ).

The receptionists are very welcoming and eager to help. I love the hospitality and customer service!

Probably wouldn’t go back for a manicure because despite the amount of time the tech put in and letting it dry for at least 10 minutes, it was ruined within 20 minutes (put a slight amount of pressure on it and the whole thing just came off in a sheet). This might speak to the quality or some other characteristic of the polish, which works fine on my toes (lower contact area).

I also booked a 90 minute ashiatsu massage for my husband, specifically with one of their therapists that does that type of massage and after clarifying with the scheduler that that is what he’s booked for, and that is not what he got. On his account it says “full therapeutic massage” or something to that effect. I was disappointed because it was a gift and I wanted him to experience something new, which we both thought he would. He said it was good, though not the experience he’d been expecting. No response after filling out the online contact form.

TL;DR: most services are great, have had minor problems thus far but would still recommend trying this place as the good...

I was gifted a day at the spa, an almost $500 value, and this was my experience. As a previous reviewer said, I too had a room where I could hear what was going on next to me. Thankfully there was no one in there, or they were being quiet. I'm not sure. My massage was AMAZING. Probably one of the best I've had, I have absolutely no complaints. My facial was mediocre. I've had 10+ facials in my life and have never had the woman walk out of the room while my mask processed. Usually they rub my shoulders or arms, something. I got no type of massage during my facial which was super disappointing. My skin does look better and glowy, it was the experience that ruined it for me. Next the esthetician informed me I'd have lunch and move on to my mani pedi. WELL I still had not had my body polish or shower, which was included in my package. While eating lunch a manager approached me to let me know there was a "scheduling error" and there was no possible way they could do that for me, but I'd have a credit on my gift card. Ok cool. On to my mani pedi. The girl was THE SWEETEST and I absolutely loved her. Her nail polishing skills on the other hand, are terrible. The sides of my nails are not painted and the cuticle area is blotchy. I probably would have said something but I was tired from my previous services and didn't pay attention bc we were deep in conversation. She then shampooed and blow dried my hair, which was ok. Then on to the Brazilian wax which I swapped out for my makeup application. It was my 3rd wax, I'm no professional but I can bare through the pain. I thought I was feeling great and brand new, well when I got home that wasnt the case. I have QUITE A BIT lingering hair, that I wasnt informed about. I really had high hopes due to great reviews but honestly I'm just super disappointed. If I didnt have a credit, I...
