Crumbl — Restaurant in Lafayette

Got 6 cookies for the price of 4 this week!! I usually like purchasing the minis because the large ones are just too much, but the Fruity Pebbles cookie wasn’t available in the minis (sold out) and the deal to buy 6 for the price of 4 was only applicable for the large cookies so that’s what I went with. My family and I just cut them into 1/4s and everyone sampled. The Lucky Charms cookie was my absolute favorite by far. It was also a favorite for my family. I made the right call by ordering 2 of the Lucky Charms cookies so we could share. I loved that it was served warm. I think the warmth made it that much better. All of the other flavors were also good, which were the pink sugar cookie, milk glaze w/ Fruity Pebbles, & wild berry sugar cookie. No complaints here… well, except for the fact a “certain teenager” REALLY wanted the Ande’s mint cookie and I didn’t order...

I placed an order on Friday December 30,2022 at 11:50 with uber eats. Closing time is at 12:00 midnight on Fridays. They refused to make my order because it is a bunch of kids or teenagers. I was told that 1 black kid mopping the floor looked at her then put his hand down. One girl shrugged her shoulders and the the other closed the doors and locked them on the Uber eats driver that were working last night and it was close to closing time. I am in the Hospitality Industry. I am the Food and Beverage Director at the Holiday Inn North In Lafayette,La. Its not fun to have an order come in to closing time, I know I worked the Alla Carte line for almost 10 years. Even though they come in late you still must serve them. I was refunded my money but what my friend really wanted was some cookies. These kids need to be trained on how on how...

I had the absolute best experience at Crumbl Cookie, all thanks to Carson! From the moment I walked in, Carson greeted me with a warm smile and an upbeat attitude that made my visit so much more enjoyable. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the weekly flavors, offering great recommendations and even sharing a little enthusiasm about their personal favorites.

Not only was the service fast and efficient, but Carson went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely enjoys their job and makes customers feel valued, but Carson does exactly that. Crumbl is lucky to have such a friendly and dedicated team member! I’ll definitely be back—and hoping Carson is there to make the experience just as amazing next time.
