Sleep Number — Hotel in Lafayette

My husband and I are just looking for a mattress when we went to sleep number in Lafayette Louisiana. The associate Denise was so knowledgeable and so friendly, and had such a great sense humor that we became friends. We really felt like she was looking out for us she gave us information about the deals that were going on and we could not pass it up. And when we had a complication with the size of the mattress when we got home she called corporate and have it fixed. The whole staff that was there at the time we went greeted us(around 2 p.m.). Ms. Diane was amazing, answered my questions, no matter how dumb I felt asking, made us feel comfortable, pun intended (haha) was very patient with us. Truly believe she cared about what bed we were getting, showed us a variety of options, also allowed us to take which ever pillows we chose to whichever bed we were interested in purchasing and adjusting beds with pillows. Pretty much like testing a car. Definitely had the run of the store, we were lucky they weren't busy, bc we felt no rushing at all. Which helped sleep number out, bc if we're rushed, we wouldn't have purchased one that day. Really had a good experience...

Purchased a bed scheduled delivery and got numerous texts to confirm delivery. Then, 2 hours prior to delivery, they notified me that they lost my mattress and had to reschedule 2 weeks later. Nobody from Sleep Number is accepting responsibility, and there is no accountability anywhere. The store is of no help, claiming that once they get our money, it's turned over to corporate, and they have nothing to do with it and have no say or contacts to help. So they have my money. I have no bed and have 2 more weeks to find a place place to sleep off of my concrete floor during the holiday season. I hope those at Sleep Number have a happy holiday...
