Went there to do some birthday shopping for myself and some Christmas shopping for my kids. The cashier was chatting to us about Christmas and forgot to hand us half of our bags after checking us out. Mostly the items that were for my kids stocking stuffers. We live an hour and a half away and noticed after we got home and unloaded our bags. We called at 7pm and no one would answer the customer service desk. We called several times and finally got an answer. The worker was rude and told us that the items were in our possession and itās our problem at first. Which didnāt make sense when they found our items back with the checkout girl at her station. They told us that we had 24 hours to come get it or they would put the items back on the shelves and we would be out the $64 that we had paid. Frustrated, we drove an hour and a half the next morning when they opened to find out they put the items back on the shelf anyway and they unapologetically gave us a gift card for the items they didnāt hand us at checkout. There was a man in normal clothes staring and watching them they looked bothered by it but said nothing. I continued my shopping and everytime I would pass by the man was still there. It wasn't until I was going to checkout that thus man approached the two employees and yelled at the other one claiming to be an off duty manager. The elder one told him she was ordered by an on duty manager tofinish and clock out the guy who's name was said is Terance. Terance screamed at her that it doesn't matter if he's off the clock or not he has the authority to order her around. The whole conflict was him abusing and harassing his employees who he was bigger than and for some reason was promoted to be higher than them. If this is who you hire to run your stores then I will take my shopping elsewhere this is horrible mistreatment of the employees and Target you...

Employee was rude when asking about price tag vs shelf price. We were also price match online price and employees was rude when we tried to small talk. Then she spoke to the customer next to us about us. My 3 year may have left her playdoh behind so we called to ask. Employee on the phone was absolutely rude and disrespectful. We asked if she could just verify for us so we could drive back to get it and she told use the cashier was on break and they don't have enough employees to do that. We have more poor experience than good experience at this location. It's only this target that we have trouble with best to avoid...
