I've had several packages go missing over the past few weeks. They usually turn up after about a week, but I have one that's been MIA for 8 days now. The actual problem seems to be at the Denver distribution center but getting help with my problem is impossible at this location.
I had an extremely rude man hang up on me on the phone earlier in the week after being gruff and refusing to help track my package. I called back and Candy was able to look into everything and saw that something was wrong with the checkins on my package and that it was in fact delayed somewhere. She assured me it would be looked into.
That was a few days ago, so I went in yesterday and Bernadette was horribly rude and useless. I've had her wait on me before, and she always argues that she can't do anything about my issue before reluctantly going in the back to check their system. I left without anything being tracked down yesterday. I've been calling on and off all morning today and no one is answering their phones.
I run a small business and this package was going to a customer. It was also a large order. Something went wrong, and no one is helping me locate my missing package. Definitely using a different parcel service...

Packages under 5 lbs are rarely put in the package mailbox, which makes things really inconvenient. Changing my address has also been a hassle. Every time I go in with a prepaid label so I can get a receipt, he tells me I should have used the self help box outside. I always tell him that the post office once lost a package that way and I was made responsible for it so I prefer to hand it to a human. Today he was overly rude and just said, āwell guess what - we can lose your package just as easyā.. I donāt know why printing a receipt is so tough for him but the truth is most things can be done at the self help box, yet people go in every day to deal with a real employee. Heās a Raiders fan and I guess the āno classā rings true, even at a place of employment. Dude should probably be moved to the back to sort because he doesnāt know how to respectfully speak...
