When I first came in to see Dr. St. Pierre, I was in bad shape, physically with pain, but also mentally. My first initial thought was that it was very different and not traditional of any type of therapy I ever experienced. The first thing I noticed was there level of genuine care they have for a person's concerns. The staff there are awesome, down to earth, and caring people. The care went far beyond the protocol. My emotions were in shambles and I was in pain. He could see that I was miserable. He not only treated me with this unconventional type of physical therapy that made a difference the first session, but also did some dry needling on my face. This at first was weird to me but the after effects were truly amazing. The stress actually left my body. He also recommended a wonderful psychotherapist, who I see to this day. That day I walked out of there with a smile on my face, and knew that I was going to finally get the right treatment I desperately needed. Having the right doctors with great staff and treatment makes a huge difference. I can honestly say my life changed after that point. This place made a huge difference in my life. Dr. St. Pierre has a way about himself, that will always put a smile on your face no matter how you are feeling. I really can't say enough good things about this practice. From the front desk office staff friendliness and compassion which always makes it a pleasure to enter the office to the provider Mary Finck. I came to the practice with a severe/extreme concussion TBI, after having seen 3 other neurologists which was the result of an auto accident 18 months ago. I was no longer improving and my diagnoses was not good. I was having trouble sleeping, focusing, couldn't work more than a couple hours a day without headaches, couldn't ride a mtn bike anymore, etc. I had seen cognitive therapists, dr's, neuro's etc. Mary was incredibly patient, understanding and designed a custom brain training recovery program that was difficult and progressive. I have had amazing improvement in 3 months. I can work more than a half day now and even if I get headaches I can recover and work again. I can ride a mtn bike somewhat again, my sleep is the best it's been in 20 years, and I have hope that I may be able to continue to improve over the years to come.
