I brought my 2015 Silverado w/ 54,000 miles that I bought new in 2015 for sum amp installation. I know my truck inside and out. After the install I was instructed to hop in driver seat. I never walked to the passenger side until a couple of weeks later because I don’t put hardly any miles on it. I opened the passenger door and saw my carpet is bunched up and cut with the padding sticking out and the rear area wasn’t under the sill plate. This is the side they ran wires on. My truck is like new inside and out. I was told they didn’t do it because they don’t loosen the seat bolts by a salesman who was not in the back watching them work on it that day. How would he know what or wasn’t done in the back by the installer. Who did it then?????? It was not like that when i got there to have work done. I waited for the install and wasn’t allowed to use the restroom at the place of business that provides a waiting area. One of the workers told me the owner doesn’t allow it not even for a customer waiting over 4 hours. What a joke this place is. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! My next call...

Jay's, overall, was a good experience. They installed the stereo that I had brought (brought my own installation kit too, as theirs was expensive). After installation my guages quit functioning properly. I asked if they had disconnected the battery negative first to which this moron of a salesman tries to tell me that my battery is located on the fender well and they couldn't reach it. The technician was able to fix my guages, but my battery is very accessable and located right behind the driver side headlight. And they threw away the box the stereo came in, so there goes my 60...

DONT GO! Rip offs. Went because my radio wasn’t producing sound, wasted my time for over an hour and proceeds to charge me $110 plus tax for nothing fixed. Then I asked for a discount for wasting my time and not fixing anything and he proceeds to raise the price or tell me I can leave. Poor business communication and hurting for money is what this business is, I’ll never be back! DONT GO! And half the shift workers look like they are on hard drugs.
