In the past I have always patronized Kreation’s and they have always provided great service. However, not today and never again! My shirts were folded and placed in the bag for pickup with dye stains on one of them. When I brought it to the attention of the staff checking my purchase out she said “oh it must have been the dye” and then she proceeded to spray a substance on my shirt to remove the dye. She never apologized, never explained, nothing. After she charged my purchase we stared at each other until I asked is that it, then reluctantly replied have a nice day. Very poor customer service with a bad experience. I had an item in my hand to get monogrammed today, but decided to take it with me and find another monogramming shop. To start with, the person who took my order was not very helpful or friendly, then, when I picked up my stockings I was disappointed because they were done in a small font. They Say it was because that’s what they could fit in the machine, And the person who took my order didn’t explain any of this.
