New beautiful townhouse, great, right? Not exactly! Construction dust everywhere in many hidden places and all over carpets. That's minor issue I took care of. Bug infestation continue since 09/2024, will take couple of years to self-correct according to them, moisture relayed? Significant air leaks from doors and windows due to build-quality issue, still being work on. Elec & Gas bill is $250 in Jan, hopefully the highest. Drawback is the electric water heater alone pull about $70. Overall E&G bill in summer is about $120 and winter is about $220 for a family of 3. Water (PFA contaminated) & trash bill is about $150 per quarter. Neighborhood is very diverse but not upscale as I thought it would be for $3000 monthly rent for 1700sqft, still the neighborhood is very quiet for the most part. You can still hear them working and cooking thru the walls. There are a few likes to open their garage to host parties in the summer too often to my liking, which to me is a big no no. Garages are not equipped with 220V outlet, so no level 2 charging if you have an EV. They will install one for an extra $200 which I think the complex should pay for as requested. Nothing good about this place besides the cheap price, but you get what you pay for. Management does not care about the safety of the community. There is a person staying in my home that is not on the lease and not welcome, and the establishment will not trespass him for the safety of us or the community. The property manager doesn’t ever want to have to do his job. Horribly behaved kids running around everywhere. No overnight parking on the street from November 1st - March 31st. Super poor ventilation in the home; the master is always 10 degrees colder than the rest of the house so you freeze year round and can also hear the garage door open and close loudly. Would not recommend overall.
