Ethan Allen — Local services in Woodbury

We waited 6 months for a bed and dresser, which we felt was worth the wait and a product of the times. However, our bed arrived, but not the dresser as they told us “when it was unpackaged at the warehouse that it was the wrong dresser”, and “there was no way for them to know it was wrong until it arrived at the warehouse”. No one from Ethan Allen followed up with us after that point to let us know how they were going to correct the issue, and after multiple calls to our Designer we finally heard back, only to be told we would not receive a replacement until DECEMBER. We expected much better customer service and expedited resolution from Ethan Allen, especially when it is no fault of ours.

I have worked with the Woodbury Ethan Allen location for over ten years and have always gotten top-notch service regardless of my budget. My design consultant, Claire is so knowledgeable, patient, and a joy to work with. Her advice is always spot on. We recently moved and ordered furniture from this store and a few other retailers I shall not name. The furniture orders from different retailers showed up with missing pieces, damaged pieces, or even in the wrong order entirely. EA was the only one that got it right. I have had several wonderful, very satisfying experiences with Ethan Allen over the years and especially this past year, 2021. I have invested in furniture, accessories, artwork, and window treatment. Very collaborative. My designer, Ginger, has done such a nice job appreciating my classic tastes but elevating to a more current look. She has also done a great job of combining existing and new pieces into the space. She listens very well but also is direct when I am a little adrift in my ideas. I could not be happier...
