I wanted to share my thoughts and disappointment on the service I received from the owner and his mother! I live in the area an I been coming to this location for years now... Seen the owner and his mother I seen me and serve me in the pass! 3 weeks ago I order a Tosticolo and the tamarindo that came inside was sour an hard I order this at night coming from tired! I called right away and the girls so nice told me to come back and get a new one but I was so tired that I told them it's ok.. Than she offer to write down my name and to come back for a new one.. Perfect customer service! Busy with life I went back 3 weeks later and I start telling the mother of the owner what happened to me and the owner and she looked at me like I was crazy... The ask me "are you sure it was here" I thought to myself "wow I can't believe she's asking me this" than I told the owner to get me a tostiloco and to charge me!!! And he did!!! Not even caring what I told them.. At least offerin me a discount or something... Nothing⦠to you the owner ⦠read this ⦠I didnāt need a free tostiloco I have money I can pay for them ⦠I didnāt needed anything free ⦠but if a customer is complaining about something which in this pass 4 years that I been going I have never done anything like that is because it was true !!!! You forgot the customer is always right and probably you did needed those $8 desperately⦠no wonder you workers come and go and you can keep workers ⦠your mother been the age she is she should of acted better but she was the worst! No wonder ! I will post this in all the platforms that I can find just to make sure you know you...

Making good ice cream, frozen yogurt, and juice bars make La Monarca Michoacana a specialty place to shop. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI frequent this establishment. I am not sure what I am in love with more, the fruit cup or the various flavors of ice cream. After work, I like to stop in and get spears of various fruits such as pineapple, mango, cantaloupe, cucumber, and jamica, Throw in a bit of Chamoy, and I am in heaven. As for their flavors... normally folks hit Carvel, Rite Aid, or Baskin Robins. You really need to try their flavors. My favorite right now is the cinnamon chocolate, but of note are the tequila (real alcohol), and pine nut flavors.
And that? That is just the tip of the iceberg. Nachos, Cheetos, Duros, Churos, milkshakes, and so much more. I highly recommend this or other La Michiocan cafes, if you get the chance, and want to try something else besides...
