I called to see if I could look up a transaction that I did last month, by credit card, since I lost my tracking # and was stressed because my $1500 return was contingent on that. They said yes, and I was planning on going in the next day to look it up in person. Hamid called me back 10 minutes later (without me even asking) and did it over the phone.
